General Terms

We do our IT engineering and software development projects with the following condition:

1. Scope of Work: Unless otherwise specified the projects are on time and material base without predefined specific deliverables. The software development project requirements and timelines for delivery are not specified upfront.

2. Certification of acceptance: In case of any work that is longer then 2 hours or higher in value then 100 EUR we issue a Certificate of Acceptance, that should be attached to each invoice.

3. Intellectual Property: Ownership and rights to the intellectual property created during the software development project is transferred to the client. 

4. Payment: Payment terms is 15 days unless othewise specified. Penalties for late payments is defined in the Services contract, Services addendum or Work order. 

5. Confidentiality: All information should be kept confidential and should not be disclosed to any third party.

6. Termination: The general termination is 2 month unless otherwise specified. 

7. Withraw of purchase: In case service is not performed the costumer has the right to withdraw the purchase with 100 % refund. In case service already performed costumer can withdraw the purchuse and get partial refund that equals in percentage to the non-delivered service.

8. Support and Maintenance: As per the nature of our work provisions for ongoing support and maintenance of the software is not applicable.

9. Legal Compliance: The software development project should comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and privacy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The governing law and jurisdiction that will govern any disputes arising from the software development project is the law of Hungary.
