Job Purpose: 

As an IT Architect, You analyze existing IT infrastructures and processes and develop IT and software development strategies to efficiently transfer current IT systems into new architecture paradigms.

 Main Responsibilities: 

• Improve our products and development operations by making critical technical decisions.

• Propose and implement ideas to simplify the code, improve quality,and scale our” growing portfolio of software products.

• Translate Business Strategy and needs into IT Architecture blueprints, estimating the financial impact of architectural alternatives.

• Actievly identify operational challenges, and translate them into strategy and change initiatives.

• Acting as a coach and mentor to other distributed teams,to understand requirements, make the right trade-offs to ensure high-quality deliverables on time.

• The Analysis of existing processes, application landscapes and infrastructures is the basis of your activity.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps ways of working and culture including fostering the DevOps ulture, automation, lean flow, measurement, and recovery.

Qualifications: 

• A can-do attitude that helps you to stand out in a fail-fast culture.
• 1O+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with a proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
• Experience in design and delivery of a variety of Solution Architecture led solutions in Banking (Core Banking, Payments, Mobile Banking etc.)
