We identify business requirement, search for the best talent globally, hire the talent and manage all administrative aspects, and provide the resource as a service for an agreed hourly rate.
In case of multiple resources, the have one singly source, one simple contract and one monthly invoice for each supplied resource.

An other client is a Data Analyst company who buys senior data scientists from us.
Talent search
We use our network, search capabilities and advertising options to find the right resource for you. We do a pre screening interview and provide you the contact, CV and a short summary of the screening interview. You can decide to hire or not. Payment is due only for the hired resources. This solution is perfect if you search for a lot of people with similar background for blue collar works

One of our clients in Western Europe needs tens of Electro technicians for their project to turnkey industrial building solutions. We do a search and prescreening and they select the candidates they prefer. Client pays only for selected candidates.
Talent relocation
In case you need onsite resources, we suggest you our relocation services. We find you the best resources all over the word (typically we search in Asia and Africa), organize remote selection process, provide work and residence permits and arrange travel and accommodation for your new workforce. In most of the case the work permit of employees is valid for a single position therefore they have little chance to move to an other job, reducing employee fluctuation significantly.

One of our client is based in Hungary and operates a factory of more then 10.000 employees. It is extremely challenging for them to find and retain the right talents. We already provided them engineers from Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and factory workers from Indonesia and the Philippines.
